Today begins the 2nd annual birthday bash here on my blog! I’m celebrating my birthday this week, but the presents are all for YOU! Check in daily to enter to win fantastic presents!
I’m kicking off the week with a synchro video blog post with my fellow author Susie Finkbeiner, whose novel Paint Chips just released and is getting rave reviews. At the bottom of this post you can enter to win a download of her book. Over on her blog, she has posted a video interview with me and is also hosting a give away, so be sure to check out Part 1 of this dual video post here!
Susie is a dear friend and an incredible writer. Her stories are full of emotion and real-world experiences. You will find yourself drawn into her story and often forgetting that the characters aren’t real people, her writing is that good. When Susie isn’t writing, she is busy as the fiction editor for Burnside Writers Collective as well as Unbound Magazine. She is currently working on a second novel and a collection of short stories.
Susie is also a wife, mother of three, and avid reader. She enjoys time with her family, coffee dates with her good friends, and quiet moments to read and write.
At the end of this post, be sure to check out how you can enter to win a digital download of Susie’s novel Paint Chips and a lovely “coffee break” necklace that she designed.
(Part 1 of the interview series here!)
I also thought you would enjoy seeing this beautiful video trailer for Paint Chips:
Remember, check out part 1 of this interview series today on Susie’s blog.
Paint chips is available now as a Kindle download. It will also release in paperback form on April 15, 2013.

You guys are so great!! Loved both interviews. Are we to expect dancing bears in the second novel? lol!
Amelia says
Thanks Michelle! Ooh, dancing bears, I think that would make a great dream sequence…or nightmare 🙂
Susie Finkbeiner says
Sure. Yeah. Dancing bears. I’ll work that in.
